Maryland School Performance Assessment Program
The Maryland State Department of Education has discontinued the MSPAP program. Francis Scott Key School had continuously performed among the top scoring schools in Baltimore during the eight years of MSPAP in Maryland.
Even though MSPAP is no more, there are sound principles of educatrion found within the original outcomes and indicators. We have provided reference charts of (the "old") outcomes and indicators for:
