Textbooks are issued to students who have returned a textbook contract signed by a parent. Students are responsible for their assigned textbooks until they are returned to the teacher. Textbooks are expected to be returned in the same condition as when they were issued. Students must pay for lost or damaged books. Any student who leaves the school during the year must turn in the textbook prior to receiving a Maryland Transfer Form. Failure to pay for a book may result in not receiving final report cards and records. This policy also applies to other school issued materials.
